USERS

The access to and/or use of this portal belonging to E2K (mvpql.es) attributes the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the Conditions of Use indicated herein.

USE OF THE PORTAL

mvpql.es provides access to a multitude of information, services or data (hereinafter, the contents) on Internet belonging to E2K or its licensees to whom the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for using the portal. This responsibility extends to registering (if necessary) to access certain services or contents. When registering the USER will be responsible for providing true, licit information. As a consequence of registering, the USER may be given a password that is the USER’s responsibility, and the USER undertakes to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to appropriately use the contents and services that E2K may offer over its portal, including but not limited to, not using it to (i) perform illicit, illegal activities, against good faith and public order; (ii) to diffuse contents or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, in support of terrorism or infringing upon human rights; (iii) to cause damage to the physical or logical systems at E2K, its suppliers or third parties, to introduce or diffuse computer viruses over the network, or any other physical or logical systems that can cause the above-mentioned damage; (iv) to invent, access and, where applicable, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. E2K reserves the right to remove all those comments and contributions that infringe respect for personal dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten young people or children, public order or safety or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. At any event, E2K will not be held responsible for the opinions posted by users over the forums, chats, or other participation tools.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

E2K itself or as assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its web page, and the elements contained therein (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combination, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs needed to run, access and use it, etc.), belonging to E2K or to its licensees. All rights reserved. By virtue of that stipulated in Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Act, it is strictly forbidden to reproduce, distribute and communicate in public, including the way they are made available, all or part of the contents of this web page, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without authorisation from E2K. IP ADDRESSES

The website services will be able to automatically detect the IP address and the dominion name used by the user. An IP address is a number assigned automatically to a computer when it connects to Internet. All this information is registered in a duly registered log file by the server, which allows for subsequent processing of the information with the aim of obtaining purely statistical measurements to reveal the number of page print-outs, the number of visits made to the web services, the order of visits, the point of access, etc.

EXCLUSION OF GUARANTEES AND RESPONSIBILITY

E2K is not held responsible, under any circumstances, for the damages of any kind that may be caused, for example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of virus or programs with malicious, harmful contents, even though they have adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

MODIFICATIONS

E2K reserves the right to carry out any modifications to its portal that it considers relevant, without prior notification, and it can change, delete or add as many contents or services to it, and the manner in which these contents and services appear or are located on its portal.

LINKS

In the event that at mvpql.es, links or hyperlinks are available to other Internet sites, E2K will not control these sites or contents in any way. Under no circumstances will E2K assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an outside website, or guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, scope, truth, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained on said hyperlinks or other Internet sites. Similarly, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any kind of association, merger or participation in the connected entities.

RIGHT OF EXCLUSION

E2K reserves the right to deny or remove access to the portal and/or the contents and/or services offered without the need for prior notification, on their own initiative or that of a third party, to those users who breach these Conditions of Use.

GENERAL INFORMATION

E2K will persecute the breach of these conditions, and any other undue use of its portal, exercising all the civil and penal actions that may correspond to it by law.

MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND TERM

At any time E2K will be able to modify the conditions determined herein, which are duly published as they appear here. The term of the said conditions will depend on their exposure and they will remain in force until they are modified by others duly published.

SECURITY

The web site uses information security techniques that are generally accepted within the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of avoid non-authorised access to the information. To achieve these ends, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains information for the purposes of the corresponding authorisation of the access controls.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between E2K and the USER will be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute will be subject to the corresponding Courts.
