The Hospitality industry reinvents itself and expands its services

Casa Manoli is a little bar in my neighbourhood. They have always served a daily fixed menu at lunchtime and tapas at dinnertime. And of course, coffee, a la carte meals and beer.

Ramón, the owner of Casa Manoli, decided to open shop last week. They will now be able to return to the “new normal”. They will try to recover some business losses, get back on track financially and hear the whir of the appliances and the voices and laughter of loyal clientèle

They have been offering dining service for many years in a place where tables are not numbered, but are marked by the names of their customers. And precisely because of this proximity, they have decided to reinvent themselves and expand their services with home delivery: “Take your tupperware”.

Manoli is still in the kitchen preparing her delicious dishes. Ramón makes the orders and his son Manuel delivers them to homes. There is also Sara, a friendly waitress. Now she serves the two terrace tables they have set up with all her protective equipment and prepares orders for both pickup and delivery.

At our brokerage we have reviewed and advised you on how to update your business policy so that the CL product guarantee is fully taken into account and in this way, the company would be in charge of assuming any claim caused by food products.
